I‘ve scoured the land of the internet for this weeks meal plan. You will notice my week starts with a Tuesday. That is because Tuesday is the day I do my shopping.

Wednesday – Mixed Berry Pancakes

Thursday – Cooked Breakfast

Friday – Syn Free Hash Browns and Scrambled Eggs ( you can have this with beans if you like however I really don’t like beans)

Saturday – Bacon Bap on Cloud Bread

Sunday – Boiled Egg and Soldiers

Monday – Mixed Berry Topped Porridge

Dinner

Tuesday – Nacho-Style Feast

Wednesday – Picnic Scotch eggs

Thursday – Cheese and Ham Toastie

Friday – Tomato Soup

Saturday – Stuffed Omelette

Sunday – BLTP Sandwich

Monday – Jacket Potato with Tuna

Tea

Tuesday – Chicken and Bacon Salad

Wednesday – Cottage Pie and Vegetables

Thursday – Vegetable Lasagne

Friday – Balti Chicken with Spinach and Tomatoes

Saturday – Pulled Pork and Roasted Vegetables

Saturday – Roast Chicken with Green Veg and Roast Potatoes

Sunday – Baked Canneloni
